"My beloved fur baby Murphy went over the Rainbow while I was away on a trip. My amazing husband took care of the arrangements for me and our Vet uses Fond Memories. They called me to take care of the payment for the services Monday and so I asked if there was any way they could hold off on the Cremation till I got back into town the following day and could I come up and see my dog and say Goodbye. They were so gracious and held on to my Murphy and allowed me to see him one last time. THANK YOU SO MUCH for allowing me to see him. It meant the would to me. THANK YOU!!! "The presentation was nice. We paid extra to have a casting of our beloved cat’s paw and we ended up with what looks like a dog paw print. Our cat was declawed and this print has claws! Unfortunately, we were leaving her in the hands of this company to get our last keepsake of our girl and now we no longer have that ability. I’m sad to say the least! This was my young daughter’s “baby” and we all recognized right off that there was no way this could be her paw print! Very disappointed in this company! Now I have to wonder if her remains are really her!"
