"Carolyn so aptly helped us navigate the process of handling my Dad’s remains. She even directed us in how to contact the National Cemetery, as Dad is a veteran, so he & Mom could be buried there. We were grateful, because we wanted to find the perfect place for them to be laid to rest, which we did, & he was honored for his service as well. I also received more Information about being laid to rest in a coral reef. My brother was so impressed with knowledge & care we received, he, too, signed up with the Neptune Society. I was relieved at how everything was handled so carefully & efficiently. We did not have to worry about anything, as everything that needed to be done was well taken care of by the Neptune Society. From the time they picked Dad up from our house, to the time he was laid to rest, all was perfectly orchestrated with the help of Carolyn & those at Neptune in Plano.
