We lost our cat Otis suddenly on a Monday evening and Ryan was more than accommodating and showed so much compassion towards our loss. Giving us ample time to have our last moments. He took the time to talk with us about our loss and just life in general. We really feel like we gained a lot through this interaction and would never hesitate to recommend his services. "These guys were fantastic! We had an extremely horrific event happen one of our dearly beloved cats. They were extremely, empathetic and professional. Their prices seemed to be very reasonable, we had no reservations about paying the fees. Turn around time was very short. Additionally when I showed up to bring our girl home they had her ashes in a very nice container placed in a nice gift bag. This team appears to take their work very seriously and they seem to understand the sadness with losing a pet. I hate to have to think about using them again but let’s face reality, their services will eventually be needed some day. We will not hesitate patronage again. Thank you guys!"
