She was not only accommodating, prompt every time, but very flexible even with meeting at last minute notice. She not only is extremely knowledgeable and informative, but so compassionate as well. I felt a connection every meeting we had, along with feeling at ease that my Grandmother was in the best of hands now. They have a large selection of products or keepsake items. Erin will give you all the information on them (being thorough,) without pushing them on you or trying to get you buy only product from them. I highly recommend using them in your times of needs like this. I compared and shopped around till after 2-3 days came across them. From the first conversation, and her being so upfront, and honest I knew this was the company I was going with. Next time I need these kind of services it will only be one call instead of 10!
