MedVet Asheville

"Once more, our puppy fell victim to a rattlesnake bite, but thanks to the prompt and efficient care she received, she was quickly on the mend. The staff were incredibly friendly and compassionate, the facility was spotless, and there were plenty of peaceful spots to relax away from other animals. Not only did they come in under the estimated cost, but they also took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process and what we could expect."

"The vet tech who discharged us went over everything with us in detail before we left so that we felt confident in the instructions to continue caring for our baby throughout her recovery at home. This one-on-one interaction meant so much to us during this stressful time. Our dog is also somewhat reactive in public settings, and both the vet and the vet tech described her as sweet, which means that she felt comfortable in their care despite her condition. We also never felt pressured to spend more money than necessary or to leave her overnight (which we were worried about the cost of). We were very pleased overall with her care!"

"We were referred to MedVet for specialty services, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff, from the front desk on, the care, their compassion, the follow up and, fortunately, the outcome. Dr Lackner’s skill and kindness, Liliana’s lovely warmth, calmness and clarity - we have a young dog who will have her vision intact for what we hope will be a very long happy life because these people committed so much of their lives to that kind of outcome. The first photo I’m attaching is right after surgery. The second is about six weeks later (she’s on the left). In a year her eye will look normal, from the outside and from her perspective too. This is an amazing outcome and it wouldn’t have been possible without this team. We are so, so grateful."
