"My grandpa had his funeral service here a couple of days ago. His casket was loaded into the hearse and we proceeded to help my 90 year old grandma (who does not move quickly) get into my parent’s vehicle. The funeral precession (led by Kent, who must have been in a hurry) left without my grandma. When we got to the cemetery and I told Kent that he went off and left my grandma, he didn’t even apologize or show any remorse at all. My grandparents were married for 72 years—I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly disrespectful this was to my grandma! If you are looking for a funeral home that seems to care about the family of the deceased member, don’t bother with this one."
