"We’ve taken our dog there for many years now and as long as you have an appointment it’s fine. Called this morning to try to get something on the calendar soon as my dog developed some ear issue over the weekend and was told no dice just walk in. I just waited over 3 hours and still never seen someone. No apologies. No updates. No Earthly clue of when I might make it in. Had I not asked they’d have let me sit there all day. These people do not respect your time. If all you will ever do is an appointment and know over a month in advance you need one, they’ll do fine. If you have to walk in even ONCE, you better have the day off and start early."

"Highly recommend for urgent care! Took my male kitten in because he stopped using his left side, after an hour wait to get back they quickly saw me and diagnosed him to the best of there ability. We were sent home with medications and fluids that they educated me on how to properly use! Price was extremely fair and much better than the emergency clinic we almost went to. Staff was SO kind and very cheerful!"
