"Opinion: Although the employees were very apologetic and polite, there were many other issues. We dropped off our dog on Sunday, just for them to forget about him until we called to check up on the status. With picking the urn as well, we were not informed about the fact it would not fit all of our dog$0027s ashes. We also requested a paw print, and was charged, yet didn$0027t do it. They tried to give us a different dog$0027s paw print. We were refunded for the inconvenience, yet this was an unpleasant experience."

"Opinion: I can$0027t say enough about the folks at Young$0027s funeral home and pet crematory. I recently lost my German shepherd very suddenly and they came to pick her up within a half-hour of my call. They were gracious and kind and compassionate. I will never forget it."
