  "Opinion: I had my childhood dog buried here 7 years ago and it is a very beautiful place. I was hoping to have my other pet buried here too when she unexpectedly passed away from cancer recently, but unfortunately trying to deal/communicate with the woman who runs it proved to be an absolute nightmare. The number listed online is not in use and their voicemail redirects you to her personal cell phone number. I am sure she has good intentions, but when I called to try to arrange for my pet$0027s burial she told me that she could not help me and that there was no one else working there who could help either because she had somehow simultaneously broken her back/hand and therefor could not write down my name or number. She said her help was out of state and could not give me a time estimate of when they would be back and able to help. Of course I am empathetic to her situation as an elderly woman, but this was supposed to be about the loss of my baby and not a monologue about a stranger$0027s health concerns. I also had some issues years ago when I lost my previous dog regarding a lack of sensitivity surrounding her burial. Phrases like "we need to let the doggie thaw out first" and then "maybe we can stuff her to fit into an X sized casket" were used and was not what I needed to hear during this difficult time. As much as I wanted my other pet to be buried here too with her guardian angel, my family & I could not deal with this nightmare again. I$0027m sure the woman running it is well intentioned, but very much in need of retirement or someone to take over the business for her. I could not deal with getting the run around again when time was of the essence. I ended up choosing Butterbridge in Canal Fulton instead for my pet$0027s burial & had a much kinder, more efficient & far more professional experience. I am writing this in hopes of preventing someone else from unexpectedly encountering similar problems in the future while also navigating grief surrounding the loss of a loved one. I would strongly not recommend choosing this place the way it is being run to date after having multiple negative experiences, but I do sincerely wish them the best."

  "Opinion: Absolutely best place to bury your pet. They are the nicest people on earth here. I see my dog every day so far. I just lost her. Oh my God help me I$0027m so lost. I know she is here and ok. Peaceful, God send for me. I$0027m so lost without my Matty God help me. Thank you to the owner and workers here. They are the nicest people on earth. GOD BLESS THEM THANK YOU and thank you for putting up with me visiting like I do. Oh my God I$0027m so lost"
