"Opinion: Last October (2023), we buried our little dog at the Memorial Park. As part of our contract, West Coast was to update an existing grave marker with his DOD. As of today, May 10, 2024, it still has not gotten it done. I keep getting a lame excuse that the burial marker company will get to it. I will never do business with West Coast again. The previous owners of San Diego Pet Memorial Park were great to work with. Too bad it$0027s under new ownership."

"Opinion: When the vet messed up my boy$0027s name (and the urn he was supposed to be interred in), I called them to fix it. After getting a frustrating response, I called West Coast Pet Memorial directly and spoke with Shawnee."
