"Opinion: Not sure why they ask what keepsakes you’d like when they won’t give those ones to you anyways. We definitely stated that we wanted a clay paw print and an ink nose print. Instead we received the paw print version of Clay and ink. Like what? Why would we need 2 versions of the same thing?? It’s our pet and we should get the exact keepsakes we ask for, not whatever you feel like giving us. Extremely disappointed that this is all we have left of our boy and it’s not even what we wanted."
