"Opinion: We are in Galena for the holiday weekend and our dog became sick. Most places would not accept emergency appointments if you weren’t already a client. We felt very fortunate to find Dr. Caitlin. She took such good care of our Ivy and made sure she would be quickly on the mend. Dr was very thorough, took time to clearly explain what was going on and genuinely cared."

"Opinion: This vet helped save our dog’s life. After hours on a Friday night I couldn’t get in touch with our vet in Dubuque, which supposedly offers 24 hour emergency care, after my dog choked on a toy and stopped breathing."
