"Opinion: Losing our family dog was extremely hard on our girls, so we ordered a paw print so they had something to remember her by. Only to be met with, "one small problem, we forgot the print. But we$0027ll refund it once he$0027s off the phone". Something that was irreplaceable and priceless to my family, handled so coldly and unprofessional."

"Opinion: Absolutely disappointed in the Vernal pet cremation as our family$0027s first cremation. We asked for the paw print, which we paid for in advance (as one of their services) and didn$0027t even get it, they coldly just told us they forgot to do it. We also asked for an urn and didn$0027t get that either. Will never go back or recommend it to anyone. This kind of service is not something you just forget to do for your clients."
