  "Opinion: My pup had an appointment here last Friday, I wasn’t sure what time the appointment was as I made the appointment the Tuesday before, so I called the morning of her appointment at 9:30 am to make sure of what time my appointment was and was told their computers were down and that I would receive a call as soon as they were up and running again, which is fine stuff happens, they took my number and never called. I called around noon because I had not received a call and their computers were running again, they told me my appointment was at 10:30 am. In my opinion it is unprofessional to say you’re going to do one thing, and do the opposite. I took off work that morning to make the appointment because my pup has been in a huge amount of pain itching and biting her own fur off to the point that she bleeds. My bf ended up having to bring her in and they only shaved halfway up her back, which was my first red flag.. because if her skin is irritated there why wouldn’t you shave all the way up her back? They said it could be fleas but he told them we have not seen a single flea on her since we got her. We have monitored closely. She was given a cone to wear for 2 weeks and she has continued to itch like crazy and is now biting and licking her tail to the point that it bleeds (with the cone on) and is still in a lot of pain. I brought her back today, and they charged me again to shave her body which should have been assessed and done the first time when we paid 300$ for her appointment that I had to miss because I had to go to work. Thought this place would be perfect for us as it is close to home, but I won’t be making that mistake again."
