"Opinion: My father passed away over a month ago. I have initiated over 8 phones calls, emails and in person visits. 4 days ago I called and emailed begging to have the death certificates mailed and followed up with an email that same day. Yesterday I was told nothing had been sent. When I became upset and asked why I was being ignored..... I was told that this business has no set mail days but they would bring that up in the next staff meeting. The lack of accountability, communication and competence is astounding."

"Opinion: I highly recommend them! They made the process so much easier for my Dad and I after the passing of my mother. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and supportive. I wish I could say more but there truly are no words for how much they helped us through this process!"
