"Opinion: I did not deal with them directly. My sweet young cat was unfortunately put to sleep due to becoming very sick very quickly. The clinic I went to had her sent off to this location for her cremation. I requested to have a paw print and urn for her. Unfortunately the paw print is honestly bad considering the state she was in when they did it. I’m sure someone was in a hurry to get them done and quickly swiped her paw on the two cards and put the wet prints together in the cellophane. Some people are very attached to their pets, this was a huge loss for our family and the paw prints would be a lovely part of her memorial. We will obviously keep them, but it would have been nice if they actually looked like paw prints instead of smudges. I am only docking 1 star for this, but I request that a little more care be put into this for the future. I appreciate the services that you provide."

"Opinion: They took care of my sweet baby girl, Reyna, who was my soul companion, and gave me kind updates when I could bring her home and start healing. They are very compassionate people."
