  "Opinion: Our dog Charlie is a patient of Dr. Madison. She has been great. She explained Charlie$0027s condition and what we needed to do for him in a clear and understandable way, which had not been done at a previous vet. Additionally, Dr. Madison and the staff are not put off by Charlie. He is a lot, but they know exactly how to handle him and what he needs. He didn$0027t even have to be sedated for an x-ray, which we had been told before would be mandatory at another clinic. Charlie was adopted from a local shelter last year, so we don$0027t know anything about his background. He is super happy all the time with a larger-than-life personality. We feel like Dr. Madison and the Todd County staff understand him, his high energy, and his love for interacting with everyone. We have called a few times to ask questions, and Dr. Madison, Jessica, and Sarah have all been very helpful and knowledgeable. When there for his annual check-up yesterday, Sarah educated us on heartworm and flea/tick options that were different from what we had been using. We are really happy to have found Todd County Animal Clinic, and even though we live 5 miles from another vet$0027s office, we will continue to drive 35 minutes to Elkton for his care."
