"Opinion: I took a red fox to Ashley over a year ago. I was originally told the form was delayed so it would be longer than expected. 6 Months later I called and was told they were still waiting. A few months later they couldn’t give me a reason and said they would call back, no reply. I text and got an initial reply but no answer to where my fox was. I also asked for it back with no reply. I paid a $300 deposit and am extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend this company. I still have not received my fox, money, or a reply."
