"Opinion: Yesterday I noticed my poor kitty limping in pain. When I checked her paw, she had one of her claws all the way extended and stuck in her toe pad! I tried to get it out myself but it hurt her too much; she growled at me for the very first time. I took her to the Tanasbourne Veterinary Emergency on a recommendation from her regular vet (who couldn’t get her in that day). When I brought her in, the receptionist told me it was a 2-3 hour wait because they had some critical patients come in, but she would see if the vet techs could get her in and out quickly. Which they did! I would’ve been happy to wait to get her seen, but we were there for maybe half an hour total and they only charged me $24 for a nail trim, rather than a full exam. Kitty seems to be feeling much better. I’m very happy with the quick, practical, affordable care she received. Hopefully she won’t need an emergency vet again, but if she does, I will definitely be taking her back here."

"Opinion: We took our cat Mouse in last minute around 11pm after a seizure and were met with exceptional care all around. The ladies on the phone and at the front desk were fantastic. The Vet was great, he explained everything in detail and made sure we fully understood her medications going forward. They even checked in post-visit to make sure she was feeling better and answer the few questions we had. We left around 1am feeling good about the treatment she received. If we have another emergency, we will be back here for sure."
