  "Opinion: They did not follow through as promised. Extra fees that are tacked on. Did not appear to care about their services when trying to compare pricing. They said “ well then go somewhere else” and I did. I went to Common Sense Cremation and Was amazed at the wonderful follow through. Two very nice ladies came and picked up my fathers “sleeve” as promised. They promptly called me that afternoon and set up an appointment for next day. Sat down with Julie and she was sooooo caring. No pressure sales. Showed us the options they had and my mother was able to choose a beautiful heart shaped urn that she could hold comfortably in her hand while grieving. I quizzed Julie on everything about her job and processes. They even have scanner tracking to make sure they know where the sleeve is at all times. Very impressed."

  "Opinion: After the unexpected loss of my step daughters mom we were overwhelmed and unknowledgeable about the arrangement process. Sunrise Cremation was amazing during the entire process, walking us through what to expect step by step. We had a complicated situation since the deceased was an unclaimed person. The staff at Sunrise was patient, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and much more affordable than other crematoriums we looked at. They even assisted us in picking out mourning jewelry."
