"Opinion: Jami was nice the entire time. We were both irritated at the pathetic doctor who wanted to cover his own behind and not sign off on my mother$0027s death certificate. The process took weeks. Long weeks. But she explained everything and kept me informed, sometimes early mornings or late evenings."
