"Opinion: Rhoda was very responsive when we went to look at the cemetery. When our pets passed she picked on up at Oradell Hospital and the other pet we drove to the cemetery, even though she offered to pick him up. The price for each grave was reasonable. We were asked if we would like Perpetual Care for the graves for an extra amount. We thought it was a great idea, so we paid extra. One of our pets is gone for a 3 years and the other one for a year. We visit the grave site and there is absolutely no perpetual care… We are cleaning, clearing all growth from our pets graves. We have texted, phoned and emailed Rhoda and HAS NOT returned any of our phone calls etc. Save yourselves money, do not pay extra for perpetual care because you are throwing your money away."
