"Opinion: Bruce and the Smith-Miner team were a great blessing and comfort to our family in our loss. They all were both personable and professional. Bruce helped us arrange and get what we needed with absolutely no sales pressure. Matt and Elliot picked up my father-in-law at the assisted living facility with respectful dignity, clearly mindful of the stress we were all under. Bruce was sympathetic and supportive all along the way, really going above and beyond to handle several special requests from us. He graciously helped us deal with this most difficult time. When the time comes, we’ll confidently rely on Smith-Miner’s excellent services again."
