"Opinion: Not trying to be mean, but the first webpage pulled up that you were open 21 hours a day closed from 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM. We were in route to your facility at three in the morning my dog was on her last breath. When I arrived there were no lights on no cars no one home. and when your baby is dying that$0027s pretty tough. So please figure out your false advertisement, update your page or your HTML. Do not use the Internet just to get more people to come to you especially when they$0027re in dire need. Broke my heart."
