"Opinion: WHAT A JOKE !! My mother passed away on the 15th, and scheduled for cremation on the 17th. I was told four times that payment needed to to be in full by the time of her cremation otherwise she would be transported to the state facility. Of course I got upset and emotional on the phone with the last phone call and voiced my opinion and emotions, 1 hour later I was called from the director and told that she would have to be removed because I verbally abused her employees and that they have a zero tolerance policy for such Behavior, seriously?? They kicked my deceased mother out of the funeral home because I got emotional and upset what a joke!!!"

"Opinion: We used Simplicity after the sudden passing of my nephew. David and his team were responsive, informative, compassionate and kind. Calls and emails were quickly returned. We used Simplicity$0027s virtual process for direct cremation services and everything from e-signatures to pick-up went smoothly, all while being handled with care and compassion. Would recommend."
