  "Opinion: I called a couple of recommended places to enquire about services for my mother who had just passed. Simple Cremation was by far the most professional and empathetic. They were informative and quick to respond. They went the extra mile to help ensure that my mother’s ashes made it to her place of rest on the date we needed them there. They helped expedite everything and kept me abreast of progress along the way. While I hope to not have to use them again in the near future, if I did, they would indeed be my go-to. They made the impersonal admin around my mother’s passing so much easier! Thank you Lisette and team!"

  "Opinion: I can not say enough good things about them. My Mother passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago. She was only 59. I$0027m 41 years old and didn$0027t expect to go through this with my Mom yet. She passed away late on a Thursday afternoon, so we had to wait until Monday to call, given that she had to have a full autopsy. It was extremely stressful, and I was worried my Mom was not being taken care of quickly enough. Lisette was absolutely amazing. I need to know everything and ask a ton of questions. I was trying to protect my 14 year old daughter who wanted to see her grandmother one last time. I had in-depth questions, and she handled them perfectly. My Mom would have really liked Lisette, and I immediately felt at ease with her. We had a private family viewing, and I witnessed the cremation, which brought on many more in-depth questions, and Lisette once again showed how incredibly kind and understanding she is. She remembered that I needed to know everything and just wanted to be told without fear I$0027ll get upset. At first, I could tell she was really trying to be mindful of how hard it is to hear these things about your own Mom but by the end, she treated me with such kindness and respect by just telling me everything I needed to know and not brushing me aside. In addition to all this, we saved a lot of money by going directly to Simple Cremation instead of going to a funeral home. When I was trying to decide if we would use a funeral home or not, the guy I spoke to first was extremely kind, detailed, and reassuring. This has been one of the hardest two weeks of my life, but Simple Cremation absolutely made it easier. My Mom didn$0027t want us wasting money on her final arrangements. She wanted us to have a vacation or fun party instead. The services through Simple Cremation were incredibly reasonable and helped us not feel taken advantage of. I was willing to pay for extra services if they were needed, and I really appreciated being able to trust them when I asked. Most businesses would be pushing every line item possible. From first phone call to the moment I watched my Mom going into the crematory, I felt fully supported and that my Mom was treated with the utmost respect. You all have my sincerest gratitude."
