  "Opinion: The staff at Sierra View took care of my sister when she suddenly passed. The level of care and attention to our family’s needs during this difficult time was a comfort and greatly appreciated. Jill and her staff were with us every step of this journey. From a business practical perspective, they were reasonable and affordable, while never sacrificing quality customer service. We felt like family from the first call to the check-in text messages.   "Opinion: My mother passed away in March, and Sierra Funeral Chapel was recommended to me by a friend who had worked with them before. I$0027ve never had to make the arrangements after someone passes, and I was genuinely surprised at how easy Sierra Funeral Chapel made the entire experience. I primarily worked with Samantha, but every person I spoke with at Sierra was exceptionally patient and kind. Samantha understood that I had significant financial limitations, and never pressured me to choose costlier options. Samantha did an excellent job explaining everything to me, and walking me through the process. While I hope I never need to make arrangements for a loved one in the future, it is safe to say that Sierra would be my first choice should I need to. I am very grateful for their excellent, affordable service, and can not recommend them enough."
