"Opinion: Hello everyone! I was very satisfied with our experience with Shaffer-Jensen. Mark and Trey were very helpful, professional with their presentation being informative, knowledgeable and patient. They were kind and respectful and never condescending. The actual services both the previous evening viewing and the next day funeral service was done very well and respectful. Thank you again!!"
