"Opinion: Losing a pet is hard, but Dave made the process much easier for my family. We lost our 17-year-old Rookie Friday night and I was able to call Dave first thing Saturday morning at 7:30am. He quickly arranged for Rookie to be dropped off and had a beautiful urn and paw print memento ready by Tuesday. Thank you, Dave, for your kindness and professionalism during this time. Highly recommend Serenity Pets to anyone who finds themselves needing pet cremation services."

"Opinion: Dave was the gentlest and kindest person to help with the passing of my sweet rabbit Toffee. He walked me through the process, the timeline, and asked questions to make sure I was getting the services I needed. He has a large heart and full of compassion for this line of work and the people with broken hearts that come to him. The box that I received my Toffee in was engraved and beautiful and it helped with this hard time."
