  "Opinion: Shortly after close our 10year old English Bulldog started getting sick. We called. Got the automated message. Called the after hours number no answer. Started calling around to the surrounding towns after hour services, no answer. Back to calling this clinics after hours service number, no answer, no return calls after several messages on the office phone and after hours called. I even sent several text begging and pleading for someone to call me back. Closer to 10:45pm in a frantic state I call the office phone one last time and leave a pretty blunt message. 30 min later I get a call back from the after hours cell. I’m trying to explain to the lady on the phone about my dog and she only wanting to talk to me about payment. Come to find out they were already at the vet clinic with someone else. So you’re telling me for 3 hours of calling and calling and texting and begging you didn’t see the call? My dog died in my arms coming through the front door of the clinic. Not only was one staff member there but there were two! One right at the front by the phone I been calling for hours. I attached a picture of her I took just about 2 hours before she got sick. Kandi wasn’t just some random mixed breed stray. She was a AKC Champion. She was a family member. We raised her from Birth. We owned her mother and father as well. She was smart and loyal and very protective. She was so full of life. If you have an after hours emergency number you should make sure the people in charge of that number are responsible enough to at least answer and guide you to someone who can help. Not someone who wants to collect a payment before even hearing the problem especially in a life or death situation. If I could post a negative review here daily I would."

  "Opinion: I had a very pleasant experience with Rugby Veterinary Clinic. Leia was well taken care of, and her aftercare has been minimal, thanks to the experts who performed her surgery. I will definitely return and will recommend them to anyone I know in the future!"
