"Opinion: My dog has permanent facial paralysis and we were told that "it$0027s not our fault the way her body reacted" I$0027ll be seeking legal action if applicable because she$0027s never had any issues and her exam was done half a**ed with the doctor not even using a otoscope to check her ears only doing a visual. To add injury to insult they were more worried about billing us and being paid than help get her the care she needed. She$0027s a family member and not a pet we will fight for her and her rights to adequate care if no one else will. I$0027ll be doing all in my power to get justice for this ill-mannered and reckless veterinarian office. This will not end with us just rolling over and taking her permanent facial damage as is just because someone says "it$0027s not my fault" I$0027m hurt to see the change in my loves quality of life due to someone recklessly administration of vaccines without stating possible side effects and/or informing the clients. I feel they didn$0027t do their due diligence and rushed to deliver medication without taking into consideration her health history. We will not be returning ever. Don$0027t recommend this place regardless of convenience."

"Opinion: I was very surprised that my Pug who has had several surgeries here, including one for cancer to be told that they prefer groomers to clip dog nails not the Vets office. My dog has had a broken toe this year and a surgery 2 yrs.ago for a a bone spur growing out of her dew claw- I wanted the Vet to look at them while she clipped her nails. The Vet did clip them and expressed her glands and yet I was encouraged to have groomers clip her nails once again. This is very surprising to me, when my Pug has been through so much and she really did need her feet double checked. The receptionist was bright and bubbly."
