  "Opinion: We got our little Bear King Charles Cavalier almost a year ago, Dr Janke and staff have been taking care of him since then. Early this morning after coming in from outside, he was totally not himself and frightened. He wouldn’t leave my side and yelped when I picked him up. At 9 this morning he would not move, shivering and yelping when I picked him up and wouldn’t go outside or eat. I texted Kim and within 45 minutes Shannon was looking after him as the doc was out of town but still concerned for Bear. Turns out he had a puncture wound that Shannon found pretty quickly by checking his spine. With shots and meds, he’s finally moving around. Thank you so much for taking care of our Little Bear ❤️"

  "Opinion: the elderly lady at the desk is quite possibly the most rude and non empathetic individual I$0027ve met in my entire life. She needs some training on how to speak with clients. ZERO help as my animal is a client there but I adopted him but they still won’t see him. She said that the animals problems are not hers as they are not accepting new clients. HE IS A CLIENT!! He has had all his care given there! The old lady at the front desk needs to sit at home and knit mittens instead of being in the customer service business. The Dr there should be ashamed and embarrassed to have her working with his customers will never call that place again nor recommend that place solely based on his front office staff!!! F- customer service Rude , ignorant and the most empathetic person I’ve ever spoken to. Hope she doesn’t own pets!!!!"
