"Opinion: Absolutely the most trustworthy and caring people that there is when it comes to the treatment of a fallen family member. They walked me through the entire process and allowed me to view and participate in every step of the process which I so choose. I am happy and honored that they were a part of my baby$0027s story. I have no doubt in my mind that they would give the same treatment to every patron that visits their establishment. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being there for us. If you have any concerns regarding the treatment of your family member they do whatever is necessary to put your mind at ease, and in my case, I was able to say goodbye at the very last moment and visually confirm the path that my baby took, until the moment she was returned to me."

"Opinion: I have worked with Precious Memories for years. They have cremated many client pets and two of my own. I am always impressed by how compassionate they are. They take such great care with each and every pet and their client services are next level. They truly go above and beyond in every way. I would give more stars if that was an option."
