"Opinion: During the most devastating time of our lives, we encountered the most amazing staff at Poole Funeral Home. At a time where it was hard to make decisions, Tim and the staff at Poole helped us navigate each and every detail of the celebration of life to honor our loved one in the most meaningful ways. They were kind, caring, patient and put thought into every detail. We got to know Tim on a personal level during our planning and he could not have been more amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure he made our experience personal and special. We will never forget how kind and thoughtful he was. We are so grateful we chose Poole Funeral Home to honor our loved one and would recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in this heartbreaking situation."

"Opinion: The Poole staff was very helpful in coordinating arrangements and preparation with another funeral home in another state. They were able to answer questions quickly, communicate effectively, and ultimately relieve a lot of stress in a very difficult time in our lives."
