"Opinion: Plumer Gobber funeral home has been beyond helpful and totally professional in planning both of my parents$0027 services. The new owners have managed to keep costs down as much as possible while they provided excellent support and service for our family."

"Opinion: We can not recommend the use of this establishment. They wanted to charge us $7,245 + $450 for a cardboard casket to facilitate cremation of our mother. Another funeral service in close proximity charged us 40% of that value. I don$0027t begrudge a reasonable profit, but this was taking advantage of people during a very vulnerable time. When I spoke with the owner and told him I thought the cost was unreasonable, he told me, "I guess you know my business better than I do.""
