"Opinion: Dr Dawnetta, Thank you for taking care of me and my family in such a vulnerable moment when saying goodbye to our beloved Keizer. Thank you for being able to stay patient, and compassionate during our times of grief. Everything was explained to us from the start and it felt a lot more comforting coming to a home-like environment and being able to take the time we needed to say our goodbyes."
