"Opinion: Sent my 75lb dog with metal plates etc in her hips to a private cremation at Petland. We received a tiny bag of remains with no metal plates or screws. We have had similar dogs cremated privately before and the remains were twice the size of what Petland sent back. There is no way this was a private cremation and the remains were not our pup. Very disappointed and sad that we have lost our pet to a general cremation when we paid for private."

"Opinion: I came all the way from Seattle with my two ferrets. Having limited income, I simply couldn$0027t afford to have both pets done in the Seattle area. The price was remarkably reasonable and I was able to work it into my budget easily...I was not expecting the levels of professionalism and kindness I received when I dropped my babies off. When I started to cry, i received a tissue and a hug and we thoroughly worked through EVERY detail until everything was arranged how I wanted it to be. Further, the turn around time was days as opposed to weeks! I would rate this place higher, if I could."
