  "Opinion: Pet reflections did my dog$0027s cremation years ago, they did a wonderful job. I had made a lot of my own memorial pieces with my dog, but I added a few from them and it was lovely. My cat passed away rather suddenly recently. Normally, I would have been able to do some memorial pieces of my own, but with his sudden demise I wasn$0027t able to. I was devastated. Pet reflections was SO amazing at helping me with specific pieces I would like made. They were kind, and courteous. Karen was very patient and respectful, and answered all my questions. You made a difficult time for our family a lot less uncertain. Thank you for your wonderful work. I fully trust pet reflections to follow through."

  "Opinion: I was referred to Pet Reflections through MedVet when our beloved childhood chihuahua passed away. I reached the character limit on their website, so I sent an email to their contact email and Karen was very helpful and polite. She let me add a third engraving line and gave me a tracking number when my dog was all ready to come home. He came home today and Pet Reflections did a lovely job. They have a metal ID and ID number to keep track of your pet. I didn$0027t know having a piece of his fur was also possible, but I$0027m so, so glad they added it. (I recommend asking them specifically to do it just in case, as I did not ask for it but I$0027m thankful I received it.) That helped confirm that their service is truly reliable and caring. My family ordered 3 ceramic dog prints of his front two paws. Other reviews made me skeptical, but after comparing different paw prints from different owners, none of them are the same. I think people are just not used to the paint and imprint job. If you have other preferences, you can go to other services that do more detailed paw prints. I didn$0027t want to delay my dog coming home any longer though, and I$0027m satisfied with the box, cremains, and ceramic paw prints I received. They have more options on their website, so I recommend looking through it and finding what works the best for you. You can also be there in person for a reserved private cremation. Don$0027t be afraid to contact them. Their service is very kind and understanding. Thank you Pet Reflections for all that you do."
