"Opinion: I$0027ve waited a long time to post this because my cat was the love of our lives and I$0027m still mourning her. But I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Pet Passages. The owner and his wonderful staff were beyond and kind and compassionate. As pet lovers themselves, it felt truly genuine. There was no hard sell or upsell at all. It was just them trying to guide us through a heartbreaking time. If I could give 100 Stars I would! Thank you Pet Passages!"

"Opinion: We have had the best experience with Pet Passages. The entire staff is so supportive and offers individualized service to meet the needs of each family they serve. They are kind hearted & compassionate from the first phone call in, to the hardest moment of saying goodbye. Our Maggie was treated with care and we couldn$0027t be more thankful for the Pet Passages Family. We will continue to refer friends and family to this local owned business."
