"Opinion: After my experience with your service I wouldn$0027t trust a dead plant with you all. My sweet angel passed in the evening the day before So I called when they first opened at about 930 am to schedule a drop off. I was told that some guy named Mark would call me back. which, ok fine. So then, 20 minutes pass and I still haven$0027t gotten a call. I call them back and I$0027m told the same thing. At this point in a little miffed because there is a dead animal in my house and I need to get services started as soon as possible. Mind you this is only dropping off. So I wait another 20 minutes and at this point I$0027m livid because all I need to do is sign some papers, pay the fee and drop off her body. So I call again! Then for the THIRD TIME I$0027m told Mark will call me back. So I found a different animal funeral home. Not only was Saginaw Valley Pet Cremation more respectful to me and my cat, they were also cheaper. They then called me back, like hours later, talking about drop off. Absolutely ridiculous, there$0027s absolutely no reason why it should take hours to schedule a DROP OFF for an animal. The whole experience screamed wildly unprofessional and if I could I would rate them 0 stars."

"Opinion: The staff was amazing during a difficult time. I have a nice wood box with her remains, a clipping of her fur and a paw print."
