"Opinion: Pet heaven is completely professional and comforting, when I arrived with my baby I was holding her Danielle came out to assist she was there to assist and comfort us. She did exactly as I requested for my sweet honey girl "Lillie " I requested a small pouch of ashes for a necklace and the remainder in her urn. She made this process easy for me as my mind was not in a good state , lillie was almost 16 years old and in my life all of her life. Thank You Danielle for all your help ."
