"Opinion: Unfortunately this place is the only local crematorium for pets. If I had another option I would take it. They are abrupt, rude and obviously could care less about you or your pet, this place is here to make money off your grief and that’s their only goal."

"Opinion: It has been just a great year...not. My two Great Pyrenees rescues have left me after 13 and 14 years of companionship. Cassie of Pawsitive Passage has helped me deal with the loss of my two friends. Look, it is a sad time and this company provides a service in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. Is my heart still broken? Yes. Nothing can fix that but I drove my deceased buddies over here from Virginia because I knew that they would be treated with care and respect. It is a beautiful drive to Leonardtown that calms me on such a sad day."
