"Opinion: I used them initially back in April and I was very satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, the first time I had to use them, my dog unexpectedly passed in my home and they came and picked him up, and I retrieved the ashes, with no incident, and the box and plaque was lovely. My other dog had to be put down and I use their services through Willingboro vet. Typically, when you go through the vets office, they send the ashes back to them, but because I have jewelry made using my dogs ashes, I communicated to both the vet and James that I would be picking up the ashes in person. I called earlier this week to confirm with Theresa that I would be there today to pick them up and when I arrived this morning, she was incredibly rude. She was short and dismissive and claimed she did not recall our conversation which was literally 48 hours ago and then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t just hand me over the ashes that she needed to call the vet first because it wasn’t typical protocol for the owners to come pick up the ashes. Again, I can’t reiterate how incredibly rude she was! Not only should you be approachable and friendly when you’re the face of a business and greeting people when they walk through your door, but you’re the owner of the establishment and you’re dealing with grieving customers who just lost their loved ones. I am completely put off to this business by the rudeness of Theresa. It was wild!"

"Opinion: This is an absolutely wonderful business. We could not have been more satisfied with the level of professionalism, and caring and understanding from the one of the owners, James. Very easy to work with, and we highly recommend this business."
