"Opinion: I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the veterinary team at Palmetto Animal Hospital for their outstanding support. We are engaged in a Cooperative Care Program aimed at addressing our puppy$0027s adverse reactions to handling during veterinary care. This program concentrates on training our puppy to tolerate and actively participate in handling and husbandry procedures. During my most recent visit, I discussed in part our strategy to reverse his previous reactions, and the staff attentively listened, making adjustments to align with the program$0027s recommended initial steps while still ensuring our pup receives necessary care as we are building his confidence. This collaboration is crucial for his overall care and long-term goal of making veterinary visits safe and comfortable for all. I am truly grateful for their dedication and support. Thank you!"

"Opinion: I don’t do a lot of reviews. But I will definitely do one for this amazing place! My previous vet gave me the run around with my cat for almost a week. Endless tests, changing prices after I would consent to a test. And I don’t mean by a little. I mean double, triple, etc. it just kept going up and still no answers, just guesses. My fur baby was so lucky to survive long enough to get her to Palmetto. When I called them frantic and beyond overwhelmed they were so kind, so understanding and told me I could bring her right away and do what she needed done for the fraction of the cost I had already spent on basically no help from my previous vet. They worked with us when I was a little short on the deposit for her emergency surgery. Just.. not enough words can describe how grateful I am to them! I was recently diagnosed with advanced non alcoholic liver disease and stress does not react well with my body and this past week has been just horrible. So unnecessary what my animal was put through! This cat is my best friend and thanks to Palmetto, she will make a full recovery! Thank y’all so so much! I will be bringing ALL my animals to them for future visits. Y’all literally are angels!! Thank you for all that you do!! And thank you for saving Princess Fluffybutt"
