Name: Shannon Frick
"Opinion: We recently lost both of our senior cats within a week of each other. We decided to use Palmers and the grace, kindness, and care they’ve shown has been so helpful. Our second baby happened on a Sunday and they were able to meet us within half an hour. Leaving my best friend of 15 years behind was so hard, but they showed nothing but kindness and patience while I said goodbye. Both times I was able to bring them home within a day. So thankful for the service they offer."
