"Opinion: Dr. Ketchum is the most wonderful Vet I have ever seen she has such love and compassion for animals! I always feel like my pup gets the best of care there."

"Opinion: We’ve taken our dog there for many years now and as long as you have an appointment it’s fine. Called this morning to try to get something on the calendar soon as my dog developed some ear issue over the weekend and was told no dice just walk in. I just waited over 3 hours and still never seen someone. No apologies. No updates. No Earthly clue of when I might make it in. Had I not asked they’d have let me sit there all day. These people do not respect your time. If all you will ever do is an appointment and know over a month in advance you need one, they’ll do fine. If you have to walk in even ONCE, you better have the day off and start early."
