  "Opinion: Thank you, Sam & Sherri, for your services during one of the most hardest times of my life. Sam and Sherri met me after hours to drop off my 70+lb dog immediately after leaving the vet$0027s office. I placed her on the gurney and they allowed me additional time to say goodbye. I received her ashes in a lovely wooden box along with a paw print, fur clipping, and nice card. It$0027s hard enough of an emotional process but I felt at ease knowing she was being taken care of."

  "Opinion: Sadly disappointed with their Service. It took 3 weeks to process my dog, during which time I had to keep calling to check on his progress, as no one was keeping me updated. Several times Sam did not answer his phone and his voicemail box was always full, of which I did make him aware of 3 times. Twice I had to resort to calling Lloyd at Harwood Funeral to track Sam down and return my calls. I will say Sam is pleasant enough once you can get ahold of him. Overall it was not the best experience for me, anyway."
