"Opinion: Mom’s passing was the most difficult experience I’ve ever dealt with. Osceola memory garden staff were extremely professional and reasonably priced. Lina was assigned to handle mom’s service and she was absolutely awesome. I’d definitely recommend their service and for those of us aging, perhaps set up your very own service thus leaving little or nothing for family to deal with. God bless you Lina for your professionalism and words of wisdom throughout!"

"Opinion: I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the mishandling of my father$0027s memorial stone by your staff. This negligence has caused my family and me considerable distress, especially on Father’s Day."
