"Opinion: Please beware Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service will take advantage of your family in one of the hardest times of your life. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent."

"Opinion: We used Olson funeral home for our mother’s cremation. She didn’t want a service, or even an obituary. We met with the funeral director and he was very rude. Acted as though it was our fault our mother hadn’t pre-planned her funeral, or that she didn’t have life insurance. No compassion for 3 people who had just lost their mother. Any question we asked was rudely answered. Will never use Olson again."
