"Opinion: My close friends lost their parent and they went thru O$0027Guinns in Birch Run for the funeral. My observations were that the staff were polite, yet not accommodating. Heck, i tried to ask where the bathroom was and was ignored. My friends literally had to beg for more chairs to be brought in for the prayer service. There was confusion on what was allowed to stay up for the service. I watched these people absolutely struggle with the pain they were already experiencing and a funeral home that did not show the empathy other funeral homes typically offer a grieving family. I was just upset watching how this was handling and I saw the stress it gave the family. So disappointing."
